As we enter our 14th season we extend our appreciation to the many wonderful people who have allowed us the opportunity to serve them. Since opening our on-line business in 1996 our top priority is to offer superlative service to our customers. We strive to bring you the highest quality swimwear at a fair price. We sample swimwear from hundreds of designers and manufacturers each year. Only a few designers and manufacturers meet our stringent requirements. We spend hundreds of hours each year searching for the hottest designs and the highest quality materials and manufacturers so that you don't have to.
We also greatly value our employees. All of our full time employees are covered by a corporate health insurance plan in addition to many other benefits.
We want to make your swimwear shopping experience as convenient and pleasing as possible. We want you to be happy with your purchase. We take your comments and suggestions very seriously. Our business is all about you, so we do very much want to hear your thoughts.

Shipping
Sadly, Fed Ex has increased their rates quite dramatically, in part because of high oil prices. We have been forced to raise our shipping rates in light of this. We have done our best to keep our shipping rates as reasonable as possible.
We do offer free economy shipping on orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Free shipping will be applied automatically to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States when "FREE ECONOMY SERVICE SHIPPING" is selected, and will be noted on your email confirmation. If merchandise is returned, customer will be refunded the purchase price minus $8.95 shipping and handling.
Payment Methods
We accept on-line payments by most major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Novus, Diners Club, Carte Blanche and JCB. We also accept payment by PayPal and by personal or company check. We can not accept checks drawn on accounts outside of the United States. We do accept credit card payments from both our domestic and our international customers. In most cases, when paying by credit card, your credit card is not billed until your order ships. Price Guarantee
Q: What If I find an item advertised for less elsewhere?A: We strive to offer you the finest swimwear at a fair price.
We will price match our on-line competitor's non-clearance prices, assuming that the style and color of the item we are price matching is exactly the same as the item you are ordering from us. Just paste the web address in the "special instructions" section at check out and we will adjust the price of that product as long as the item is still in stock.
If an item is discounted 45% or greater from the original price, we will only match the item at our discretion.
Please note: This does not include Ebay or any other auction sites. We will not match bikinis sold as only a matched set if we allow separate top and bottom sizing for that suit. Bestswimwear.com discount codes and free shipping are not available on an item that has been price matched. Bestswimwear.com does not match discount codes from other sites.
Price adjustments are made only within 5 business days of purchase date.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: What If I am not satisfied with my swimsuit for any reason?A: If you wish to return or exchange an item:
We recommend that you use a shipping method that affords a receipt for proof of shipment. Insured Mail is usually the most economical. We will credit your credit card for the returned merchandise (refunds exclude shipping costs) or process your exchange per your instructions. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. As swimwear is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. Credits are generally issued within 60 days of our receipt of returned merchandise. Calendars, Grab Bags and Prepacks are not returnable or refundable. Please send back your return with a completed return/exchange form. If the merchandise is available, we will send out your order via Fed Ex Ground, free of charge, as soon as possible. If the item is not available, we will credit your account and notify you via email.
***INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Due to the high cost of international shipping, free exchanges do not apply to orders shipping internationally. We charge a discounted rate of $25.00 for shipment of exchanges for international orders ($20.00 for exchanges to Canada).

Unless otherwise noted, most expedited orders (excluding standard and economy shipping methods) ship within 3-5 business days (3-5 business day availability). The estimations below are based on 4 business day availability. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each shipment as calculated by the table below.
